We are pleased to announce several recent sales that we participated in.  Two were our listings – 36 Bay Point Harbour, Point Pleasant, and 561 Lake Avenue, Bay Head.  We also sold 78 Bay Point Harbour, Point Pleasant.  In the last several weeks, there has been a lot more activity, and the trend continues.  We hope to have more closings to tell you about in the near future!  Call us if you need us!
